FAQ
how this actually works What's actually included in the $500 concept package?
A direction — not a full build. You get an event identity concept (logo, palette, type), a single-page event site concept, a hero video treatment, and swag direction. It's enough to go into your next stakeholder meeting with a clear, shippable plan.
How does the entry retainer work?
You pay $1,500 per event. That covers the full site build, brand system, low-MOQ print, and an AI-rendered promo reel. We stay on for 14 days after the event to patch anything the room surfaces. It's a fixed retainer, not a deposit — the scope above is what you get.
What happens after the concept package?
If the direction clicks, we roll straight into the entry retainer and the $500 applies as a credit. If it doesn't, you keep the files and walk. No retainer trap.
Why isn't there a "Pay now" button?
Because every event has context — venue, budget, dates, sponsors — that a checkout flow can't capture. "Book a call" is the shortest path to a scope that actually fits your event.
Start with the concept. Or jump to the retainer.
